Emotional wellness stems from a healthy, regulated nervous system. Without this, we find ourselves reactive to the world around us, including our children, and unable to slow our responses and actions down. When we master our nervous systems and learn about our triggers, and how to work with them rather than avoid them, we begin to master ourselves and our parenting.
