Did you know today is Freddie Mercury's heavenly birthday? He would have been 77 today.

One of my earliest childhood memories is singing to Bohemian Rhapsody and I remember being so devastated learning of his untimely death when I was pre-teen.

Randomly last week I started singing 'I was Born To Love You' after my daughter was being nonchalant and prematurely independent in life (she's only 9! and wants to grow up faster than she is)... thankfully she saw the funny side of me trying to theatrically act out the lyrics.

I recently came across this unique plush Freddie made by a local small business Paula and the Pencils.
(...and I've also met and been photographed by Franck Stromme who captured some of Freddie's iconic photographs back in the 70's & 80s)
