Mothering through a cancer journey, can result in so many held in emotions.
All of the holding it together can be ALOT.
My number one priority as is so many cancer mums, was to not let my young son see me cry…for fear of scaring him, worrying him or him understanding the nightmare I felt we were living.
To not let him feel the heartbreak, or the fear, or the overwhelm…

I did everything, as did my amazing support squad to help his life stay as normal as possible and was determined to be there to walk every school run…
The thing is, he of course knew things had changed, he of course picked up on the energy of the house, and visitors… and although I did save my falling apart for after I’d got him to school or asleep, what I am able to share with clients now, ensures they not only have tools to support their emotions but their families too, and clear their homes of energetic imprints of tough times..

This work was a beautiful way that we were supported during my journey and one I knew I would support the women in my world with when I was able..

This technique and these tools are a huge part of recovery too, to allow you to thrive not just survive, to enable those stored up emotions and stored energy to roll through, dissipate and also create the ability to learn how to manage feelings of loss, grief, anxiety and fear… that never seems to leave.
This is what I share with women ready to heal and thrive , not just survive ,
Dm me MUM to find out more if that’s you , I see you , I get it xx
Big love ,
Rachel
