Hi darlings,
I am a Female Empowerment Coach and a motivational speaker.
I specialise in working with women who have experienced abuse and toxic relationships.
Using my own experiences of healing from narcissistic abuse I have created the Abused to Empowered™ Framework. A structure of healing modalities that build on each other to help you heal and grow into the authentic version of you. No more hiding, staying small, or people pleasing.
We cannot change the toxic and manipulative people in the world. But what we can do is we can build so much self-love, self-worth and self-belief that the toxic people are unable to impact us anymore.
