Day 1 of my 10 day reset. This is the 2nd time I’ve done a reset and I love them. I’m a bit of a planner anyway so planning ahead for the next 10 days is great. I did get a bit of a sugar craving after my salad at lunchtime though, so I quickly made some delicious nut butter & banana flapjacks (gluten, sugar & dairy free).
