Hello all, how are you all today?
So today is youth mental health day. This is something that is very close to my heart. ❤️

Youth Mental Health Day seeks to raise awareness and promote discussions about the importance of mental health among young people. It highlights the significant challenges faced by young individuals in their mental well-being, encompassing a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.

It was a great privilege to me when I was given the opportunity to write about my mental health struggles back in my teens for the book "Letters to my teenage self" way back in March. It let me see for myself how far I had come in life and that there is better days after the bad ones and given time you will get there.

It has been very heartwarming too to hear that the book has helped others and people are now opening up about their own struggles.
There is so much that can be done to help our youth, so seek that advice, talk about with it and don't suffer on your own.

Grab a notepad, write it down what is in your head and get it out there, don't suffer in silence.
It's okay to be not okay ❤️
