Business is like a farmers crop. You have to plant your seed of idea then care for it to allow it to flourish and grow. You have to consistently be there for it because if not the idea will start to die. At the start there is no external clue that the idea is growing roots. You cannot see the idea starting to embed and grow from the outside. You therefore have to have trust and belief. Show up every day and eventually you will start to see changes, ignore it and the idea will die. Consciously make a decision to stay focused and committed, even when you can’t see any results and your patience will be rewarded.
