Branding - part of a bigger brand or creating your own?! It’s all part of building your business…
So you've started your business, you've created a name for it, you know what you do.... but does everyone else know what you do and what you can do for them?!
What do I mean?! “Merch!!” “Swag” “goodies” all words that are muttered and squealed when you attend an event or visit a trade stand or get Thankyou gift from a company in the post, or even competition winning!!
Your logo, strap-line, contact info, qr code, website.... it can all be added to anything to create awareness and build the brand.
Companies love to give you the branded stuff! WHY!? because it works, you are going to love it all….
The pencil, the pen, the stickers, the lanyard, biscuits, drinks bottles, cups, mousemats (are they even a thing anymore?? But let’s say they are for the purpose of this blog) tote bags, notebooks plus your clothing, magnetic car stickers, branded Thankyou cards and notelets.
supermarkets with their carriers, now you're even paying them the money for THEIR bags, that advertise them on! Take your own!!! Let the cashier see your business whilst they're at their work!!
Everything is centered around your brand, so people see it, they remember it, it’s easy for their memory to fetch when they need it because you’ve put it forefront and centre.
Be loud and proud about what you do, how you do it and how you can help that person. Let them know by putting the info in front of them.
So whether you’re part of a well established company with their own merchandise you can purchase for customers, or if you’ve created a brand of your own…. Get the merchandise sorted… get your brand in front of people!
You and your customers are walking/talking billboards…. use this opportunity properly and it will help grow your business.
I attended an event yesterday with over 50 other business owners… entrepreneurs, brand reps, CEOs but what we ALL loved and raved about was the event branded cakes and biscuits, our branded swag bags with branded cups, lanyards, stickers!! We couldn’t wait to see what our gifts were and all gushed about them to one another. None of them had our businesses on..... but we LOVED it all!!!
I’m only at the beginning of understanding the true power of using the brand I’ve created to move my business but having seen the power of it yesterday…. I am going full steam ahead from now onwards!!! Keep your eyes open for THE TRAVEL RICHER GROUP TRAVEL RICHER WITH DANIELLE appearing everywhere
