Feel the FEAR and Network anyway

My journey into networking and how its boosted my confidence in both business and day to day life

Walking in to that room full of strangers was my idea of hell. The anxiety, the nerves, feeling like I shouldn't be in the room - the old imposter syndrome had well and truly kicked in!

You feeling my pain? Felt like this yourself? Is this stopping you reaching your potential?

Well taking that first step into that networking meeting and being welcomed with open arms from the inital moment I arrived until the second I left was all I needed to realise those negative thoughts playing over in my mind were just that... thoughts!

Having that safe space to openly chat, exchange ideas, to just listen and slowly develop those friendships is like no other feeling i've ever had. As a mum of 2 teenagers with a new business and a passion to make it work I knew networking was the key to success.

For me MIB was my go to - WHY? The group offered support for like-minded mumprenuers, providing a relaxed feel with no pressure of strict structured meetings.

When the opportunity arose in January to become MIB leader for Bury, it felt like fate. Having the opportunity to be part of a local community of like-minded wonder women to praise, nurture, listen and grow alongside meant the absolute world.

The way my confidence has grown since network marketing just shows right here. From dreading that first step into a meeting to now being a MIB leader - Insane!!!! All thanks to MIB.

If you resonate with the fear of networking, take this post as your sign to give it a try. Book onto your local meeting and discover the benefits for yourself.
