Incorporating affirmations into a broader wellness routine, such as mindfulness practices, therapy, or healthy lifestyle choices, may maximise their potential benefits.


Affirmations are part of my daily toolkit , I have them everywhere even in my handbag . I have one framed on my desk . On the fridge in a fridge magnet , I have book marks , my journals I had designed are also affirmation covers .
