5. Mirror Neurons: Studies suggest that our brains may respond to self-affirmations as if they are actual experiences, activating mirror neurons that simulate the positive feelings associated with the affirmations. This can potentially enhance motivation and reinforce positive beliefs about oneself.
I know first hand how affirmations have helped me and help me daily . I love writing them , have them graphically designed , they are a very important part of my self care journey and it’s fascinating to see how they can change my perception and how much I have grown with them. I make an affirmation personal to me at the time or from a perspective of how I think someone else would love to feel .
