These days, everyone seems focused on manifesting Financial Freedom, but here's the thing—without solid foundations, there's nothing for that freedom to stand on. True Financial Freedom only comes when your Financial Foundations are firmly rooted in your life and business.
Financial Freedom - means living life on your own terms, with the resources to do so.
Financial Foundations - are the essential building blocks of financial stability, encompassing budgeting, saving, debt management, and income creation, which together form the groundwork for achieving long-term financial freedom and security.
In my past I had moments of Financial Freedom that slip away when an unexpected bill came in or work slowed down. Why? Because my Financial Foundations weren’t strong enough. I know this part might not feel sexy (at least not until I sprinkle some of my magic on it!), but it’s the most important step you can take to ensure Financial Freedom is yours—and that Financial Fulfillment is just around the corner. But more on that in another blog!

There are plenty of financial advisors out there who can help with debt management, budgeting, and savings. So where do you start? By looking at them! It’s time to pull your head out of the sand and face where you are financially. I get that this can stir up a whirlwind of emotions—shame, fear, guilt—but sit with them. Embrace them. The key is to become aware of your current financial situation without judgment. And yes, judgments will creep in, but remind yourself that you are where you are, and there's no use beating yourself up over it. Be kind and compassionate with yourself, and you'll be well on your way to turning things around.
Did you know that money is energy? I always ask my clients to write down how they feel about money. The insights are often profound.
Feel that money is the root of all evil? Of course, you wouldn’t want any!
Feel shame around money? Then you’ll probably avoid dealing with it.
Does it bring up fear? Then you might be eager to get rid of it as soon as it comes in.

is by incorporating chakra work—focusing on the Root (security) and Sacral (creativity) Chakras will support your financial journey.
