Contemporary romance with forced proximity and a road trip across America.

Blurb:

Can she survive three-thousand miles with him in the car?

Six years ago, Lucy Duncan and Jenson Phillips shared a moment on the beach. A single moment that resulted in disappointment and heartbreak.

Now life for Lucy is tightly controlled. It’s easier that way.

Until the road trip.

If Lucy’s boyfriend Matthew had been able to make the trip with her, she wouldn’t have had to put up with Jenson’s arrogance and secretive phone calls. If Matthew didn’t always put his career before Lucy, then maybe she wouldn’t be enclosed in a small space with the desperately handsome but most irritating man to walk the earth.

Maybe if Lucy’s best friend and Jenson’s sister hadn’t decided to get married so far away then none of this would be happening… but it is… Can Lucy let herself be disappointed by Jenson again, and more importantly can Jenson get underneath the skin of the woman he made the mistake of walking away from once before?

Her Best Friend’s Brother is a second chance romance that will leave you wanting more.

I wrote the first draft of this book (54,000 words) in 4 days. I was exhausted by the end of it, and I didn't touch it for another 12 months. It needed so much work, and it went through 2 rounds of self edits before I sent it to my wonderful editor Karen. Thankfully, she loved it and helped make it the book it is today.

I love Lucy and Jenson's story, and it makes me so happy whenever a reader loves it as much as I do.
