What is SHE Awakening® Healing?

Simply put, this is an unconventional approach to healing the mind, body and emotions that block you from being and expressing your true self and achieving the next level you in life.

It's my unique blend of mixed modalities with a primary focus on astrology, mediation, breathwork and journaling. This allows trapped emotional energies within the body to be unblocked, allows the energy within to flow leaving you feeling more aligned, having a deeper self love and connection but holistically having an improved quality of wellbeing.

Let's talk spiritually through SHE Awakening® Healing

Emotional blocks cause a massive disconnect from our intuition and the divine source. You can not hear the guidance or the voice within when the body is confused and out of alignment. Most spend the most part of our lives in our own head which disconnects from the body. With SHE Awakening® Healing we have the chance to reconnect back to the body, ground yourself and be able to operate from a conscious and sound being.

Let's break this down

Let me break down quickly what each of the following are.

Astrology - If you want to know who you are, or awaken who you are, unlock your gifts, understand your purpose and potential and how to use that in your life and business - astrology is your best friend. 

Meditation - A mindfulness based practice that brings focus to the present moment of our thoughts and feelings. The intention is to leave with mental and emotional clarity feeling calm, ground at peace.

Breathwork - is a therapeutic technique using breathing practices to lead us into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This is where previously suppressed thoughts and emotions can easily rise to the surface to be dealt with.

Journaling - One of my magical gifts is to ask thought provoking questions! I am a gemini so I do this with ease. These questions force you to have to face the darkness to rise into the light.

Plus there are a few other modalities I also use, as well as using my gift of high intuition and blending this with my signature S.E.L.F approach. All of the above I am certified in (to name a few) because I know the power SHE Awakening® Healing holds.

What makes SHE Awakening® Healing different?

I know why your asking, other people do something similar right? Yeah, maybe so. Unlike others, they mainly focus on optimising and balancing the body's energy system and the flow of energy within the body to promote wellbeing.

However what makes SHE Awakening® Healing so special is that my modality of healing facilitates transformation on multiple levels (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually).

I love to go to the root cause and transmute inner issues into light. Using my certified knowledge as a vegan health coach, I can give my clients another level of transformation to a more healthier them as well as channelled tools she can use to improve her wellbeing in full competence on her terms and freedom.

The SHE Awakening® journey isn't a race, or a quick overnight fix. It's for the committed woman wanting change in her life. To break the old and step into the new. The inner wisdom you gain from yourself just by unlocking the blocks is amazing. I wouldn't be here today if I never knowingly experienced all this thanks to the universe.
