You don't realise how strong you are untll you look back at what you had to face, right?
So many of you strong women reading this has experienced something in your. Some of you have risen over it and some of you just moved on without dealing with it and now it has manifested into your DNA being apart of you, yet you are still strong.
It's days like today when i personally stop and say WOOW. I hold so much gratitude within me today.
When i think back this time 11 years ago was my awakening to leave my domestic abusive situationship. A massive and scary situation to survive but i did it...
When i look 6 years ago from today was the breakthrough of my healing journey, overcoming childhood abuse. I have to stop and say woow, Kel you overcame that?!!
No drugs, all naturally?!
I'm like wow you did it!
And now, being blessed to create my own SHE Awakening® Circle, that holds space for women to transmute their wounds into light, to heal, grow and connect with other amazing women...
I wish i had that around me when i was healing, family. You see family isn't blood. It's the strangers that we never knew, wouldn't aggree?
But looking back, i am thankful for the journey, as it's now my unique blend of SHE Awakening® Healing (if you don't know about this check out this mini blog HERE), that I can share with other's so they can rewrite and write their becoming, just like me.
Back then, I didn't trust the process but it's brought me hear today.
Sometimes your path may not make sense but girl, just roll with it. The power and wisdom comes from the unknown - trust me. I wouldn't be here today!
