With a global reach that unites women entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders from every corner of the world, this community is all about lifting each other up, maximizing networking opportunities, and growing together.
This unique event allowed participants to join in and out over a 24-hour period for just £10, providing a platform for networking, business growth, and connection—all while raising funds for a meaningful cause. Through this powerful gathering, Mums in Business International raised enough to donate a 10,000-liter rainwater harvesting tank to Sugutek Primary School, located in Kericho County, Rift Valley Province, Kenya.
Making a Difference at Sugutek Primary School
The school has 200 learners and a local population density of 400 people per square meter, Sugutek Primary School has long struggled with limited access to clean water. The nearest water source lies 1.5 kilometers away, forcing students to make daily, time-consuming treks to collect water—a challenge that not only interrupted their studies but also posed health and safety risks. Thanks to the dedication and compassion of the women of Mums in Business International, this new rainwater harvesting tank now provides a sustainable water source for the school.

The Networkathon perfectly embodies the spirit of Mums in Business International, a global network that not only fosters personal and professional growth but also leverages its collective strength to make a tangible difference in the world. By coming together to address the needs of Sugutek Primary School and other needs these women have brought immediate, positive change to the daily lives of 200 children and the ccommunity of Sugutek ,allowing them to focus on their studies, health, and well-being.
