New way of quieting my mind. Colour coded lists!

Red - Must do in 24 hours
Blue - Must do this coming week
Green - Things id like to do

Every day I evaluate my list and move it to the next page/pages and change the colour accordingly if needs be.

My rule - Once I've complete red in that day, I do a green.

Lets see how we go 🤞

Really like your idea. It can become so overwhelming when you have a lot on your to do list and don’t feel the satisfaction if you are only focusing on the tough or important ones. So the fact you also have a colour for those you will like to get done is great.
