I started my business journey during lockdown. I embarked on this entrepreneurial adventure, diving headfirst into the world of personalising gifts and product’s. I then expanded, creating luxury balloon decor and party set ups and then included workwear to my portfolio. I use a variety of methods, vinyl, iron on vinyl, HTV, sublimation, etching and Direct to film (DTF)
It all began with a passion for personalisation and a dream of turning it into a thriving business. The growing demand for personalised gifts and an opportunity to combine that with luxury balloon decor and embroidered workwear services. With a clear vision in mind, I took the leap and started my venture.
One of the early challenges was defining my niche in the market however, I wanted to be accessable to everyone and create designs my customers wanted for those extra special occasions and that’s when Everything Personalised 4 U was born.
In today’s digital age, establishing a strong online presence is crucial. I invested time and effort in creating and promoting my business on social media platforms. This not only allowed me to reach a wider audience but also enabled customers to easily browse and order from my range of products and services.
Customer satisfaction has been my top priority from day one. Building trust and delivering high-quality products and services became the backbone of my business. Positive customer reviews and referrals played a significant role in growing my customer base and enhancing the reputation of my business.
