Hey there Queens 💋

At almost 52yrs old, I love to live life my way, free and unapologetically.

But.... it hasn't always been that way.
Life is hard....right?

From a child to fairly recently actually, my wings were clipped, my voice silenced and my views unheard.
I was always in 'good girl' state, living by everyone else's rules and restrictions, always needing to be perfect. I never truly fitted in anywhere. I convinced myself it was because I was the 'fat, ugly kid' which is how I labelled myself after hearing it over and over.... Consequently, I made poor decisions..... over and over.

Somehow I was never able to leave toxicity behind. It almost became comfortable and familiar....safe.
Wow, how crazy is that??

Despite suffering profound, life changing experiences, I still didn't have the courage to make a change ...until I broke.
Quite spectacularly actually.....my life simply collapsed in every way.

💥 This was my turning point 💥

Deep down, I always knew I was bigger, louder, prouder and had so much to offer this world but how....that's when I discovered ME, embracing all that I am 💙
The inner work is ongoing and I trust in continuous growth.

So, in a world that even today, often fixates on unrealistic beauty standards, I understand the struggles many beautiful women face when it comes to embracing our bodies, especially in midlife and beyond.
I believe it's not about the size we wear or the shape we are....self confidence will always be the best outfit 🥰
