So this week I took my baby girl on property viewings. The agent was not fazed to see a female with a child however he made an assumption I was looking to buy to live in.

He was shocked as was the older gentleman waiting to view after me that actually I was looking to purchase with investor finance to refurb to a high standard while adding value.

I wasn't surprised by the reaction as it's still very much a world where by women should just be looking after kids and not doing much else and property is a man's world.

Sorry to break it to alot but I'm changing that.
