Do you take time out for you?
Today I went to the hairdresses.....now I have gone child free for the last 2 years but during school times always in a rush.....
Today I went on a Saturday.....I don't think I have done that since having Louis 12 years ago.....a day without any rush....I even walked there and back.
Me time....no rush.....no agenda just me time.
I loved it.....what are you doing for you ❓

Even though all of my children are grown, I still have to remind myself to take time for me.
It’s very easy to get sucked into the I have to do this and that.
As I’ve gotten older and wiser, I am so much better at it. But some days it does take an extra reminder.
