In exactly one week, I will be stateside with my family and American friends.
First stop… Virginia.
And I plan on doing absolutely nothing for that first day; except sitting in a hot tub, enjoying good company, good food (maybe a bit of good wine 😉), whilst watching the kids play.
For an ADHD brain, rest is essential.
All work and no play leads to burnout. I’ve been there, done that - before knowing I even had ADHD.
