I truly believe that EVERY business owner needs to get themselves organised and have consistent planning sessions to be successful.

•It's not about restriction.
•It's not about staying 'on plan'.
•It's not about holding in your natural creativity.

It is actually the opposite.

Each year, my plan gets bigger, stronger and more I depth. Listening to my own mentor yesterday, she was selling a service that's 'higher level' work and I had the realisation that I'm already there.

I know how to plan with forward thinking for my sales, forecasting, marketing, strategy and even down to the content.
I know what my funnels are, where they lead to and what my action plan is to achieve my sales goal.
