Just want to reach out to anyone not feeling January. It can be a daunting month for so many and it can be hard to set goals and look forward.

I know ~ because believe it or not
I use to be like that. I use to hate January!

I see it quite differently now,
I see Jan as wiping the slate clean,
a fresh start.
But if your not ready to set goals if your not ready to think big yet I’m here to say be kind to yourself.

Here’s some Self Help tips to help you get through January ….

Keep Active:
On cold/dark days, it can be so hard to pull yourself out of bed. (But it’s important to keep moving) next time you feel shit get out doors for a brisk walk or put on some music and wiggle that bum to some beats 😂

Lighten Up:
Winter has its share of gloomy mornings, the lack of light doesn’t help so turn on your salt lamps or overhead/mood lights, turn on the lights more it can help lift your mood. 💡

Focus on the Positive:
It’s so easy to focus on the negative, but some self talk and making yourself focus on the positive can greatly improve your perspective. 🤗 Take time each morning or night to write down a list of positives or things you are grateful for. (start a gratitude list now!)

Talk About It:
Open up and talk about how you’re doing.
If you’re feeling blue or having a hard time reach out, talk to family or a friend about it. Most likely, they have felt or are feeling similar and you can help each other along. 👭👬👫

Treat Yourself:
Make time for you! Do things that lift your mood. Have a bath, go for a walk, join a class, go for a massage/reiki, get some coaching (I know someone really good for that! 😉)💅🙅🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️

Do some development:
Listen to some people that inspire you. Podcasts, YouTube etc

I do soo many things that I know can and will lift you and your energy.
