1ïžâƒŁ Kale of choice (this was curly kale, we do love black kale as crisps too)
2ïžâƒŁ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3ïžâƒŁ Nutritional Yeast
4ïžâƒŁ Himalayan Salt

Method
Preheat the oven to 120° temp

Tear up your kale into the size you prefer- remove the stalks (freeze and use them for stocks, soups or smoothies!)

In a large bowl toss your Kale, salt, nutritional yeast and olive oil. Massage the ingredients gently in the bowl until the kale is fully coated.

Spread it out on a flat baking tray and pop in the over for approx. 20 minutes, turning it over regularly.
