1️⃣ Kale of choice (this was curly kale, we do love black kale as crisps too)
2️⃣ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3️⃣ Nutritional Yeast
4️⃣ Himalayan Salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 120° temp
Tear up your kale into the size you prefer- remove the stalks (freeze and use them for stocks, soups or smoothies!)
In a large bowl toss your Kale, salt, nutritional yeast and olive oil. Massage the ingredients gently in the bowl until the kale is fully coated.
Spread it out on a flat baking tray and pop in the over for approx. 20 minutes, turning it over regularly.
