Keep your costs down with a Virtual Assistant

It's time for the next A-Z of hiring a VA

C for Cost Effective

We all know that prices are increasing and if we're at the stage of thinking we want to outsource then the thought of what it's going to cost will have likely crossed your mind

Hiring a Virtual Assistant will save you money!

For starters, you only pay them for the work they do and don't have to worry about their National Insurance or Tax Contributions. The going rate for a Virtual Assistant is £30 an hour and some VA's will have packages avaialble meaning the more work they do the hourly rate can end up decreasing meaning?

You've guessed it, more savings for you!

Now, I understand that the income generated from books can take a while, however, if you were to convert your time to a per hour basis it may make more sense.

Example
Your hourly rate - £50-£60
VA - £30-£40

Saving - £20 an hour!!

That extra £20 can be put into your publishing budget or saved for the unexpected

When it is broken down like this it makes to start outsourcing. The more you outsource, the more you save!

Some authors wait until they have too much to do and have become stressed and overhwelmed. Other authors factor it into their monthly budget and hire a VA from the start.

There is no right or wrong way but I would highly recommend considering it

Just because you can do it all, doesn't mean you have to!

Are you ready to save money??
