Mine is and was the fear of rejection, but I feel a level of mastery around that now, I used to hate being visible and would cook up ways to be a faceless business and it didn’t work… ever….
It had played out in my life as far as I can remember, because I didn’t master it, it came looking for me and I was rejected in my first marriage, rejected by many friendships, rejected at work in the corporate world, and worse I rejected myself.
