Growing up, I watched my father work tirelessly as an entrepreneur. He believed that money was hard-earned and always scarce. His focus was often on problems rather than solutions. While I admired his work ethic, this perspective left a lasting impact on me—one that I carried into my own entrepreneurial journey.
For many years, I focused on what I didn’t have instead of celebrating what I had already achieved. Even though I was running a successful business, living as a digital nomad, and providing my daughter with a unique life and education, I often felt stuck. This lingering scarcity mindset made it difficult to fully embrace my success.
The Realization: I Am Already Wealthy
It took time, but I finally realized that success isn't measured by material wealth, like cars or villas. My true wealth lies in the freedom I experience, my ability to travel, and the opportunities I’ve created for my daughter. Recognizing that I was already living a life of abundance was the first step toward shifting my mindset.
How I Changed My Mindset: Positive Affirmations
To rewire my thinking, I began using positive affirmations. Every day, I wrote down statements focused on abundance, gratitude, and achievements. This daily practice helped me internalize a new narrative centred around growth and opportunities. Writing these affirmations consistently built my confidence and allowed me to pursue bigger opportunities without the fear of scarcity holding me back.

What I’ve learned is that true success depends on how you define it. It’s not about what you lack, but about what you’ve built and continue to grow. You have the power to shift your mindset, break through limiting beliefs, and embrace a life of abundance.
