#WorldMentalHealthDay is a big one for me. I overcame generalised anxiety disorder in 2022. My journey started in 2020.
WMHD 2020 I shared the first part of my story. I was still terrified of being judged, so I only put my first name. Although it was written in early summer and published in August, I only felt ready to share it with my personal profile on WMHD.

WMHD2021 I became a best selling author through collaboration book "Seen", hosted by Kat Massey, one of my main inspirations/influences on my self development journey. We raised money for "Milestone Mums" and we were in several local newspapers. 15 women telling their stories of adversity.

WMHD2022: I launched my podcast! After the success of my book "Tales of an Anxiety Warrior" for Mental Health Awareness Week in May 2022, my podcast was the next natural step. A solo episode launches on the 10th of every month, and I chat to a guest which launches on the 22nd of every month.

So today, I'm celebrating the journey I've been on, a year of my podcast, two years since becoming a best selling author, and three years since I first shared any of my story.
World Mental Health Day - Ask for help. There IS a way out.
I overcame most of the disorder in 2022, the year of the mighty Tiger. 2023 is the year I owned everything I worked towards, and stood proud in my true authentic self.
