I don't know about you but I am anti culture and traditions!
As a matter of fact I am anti religion, I am anti anything that requires me to conform to a way of how someone else once did it when they were alive.
I don't even believe in walking after a man - if he has hands and foot do it his self. Like seriously this why i am not marriage material lol.
I refuse to conform to anything that conflicts with my new journey of self discovery.
Not even as a certified meditation, kundalini reiki, yoga, and breathwork teacher do I conform to those traditions! Yes I vaue what I have learned and respect the ways of the masters and sages who came before but am i not here to have my own experiences, intuitive downloads and set my own legacy?
I have seen people loose their identity, their values, their own beliefs trying to keep to the ways of what once was ow what should be expected from them!
I know because i experienced it too! In my family boys being made to feel more superior and girls being made to feel like maids.
Boys being fiirst the first to bath before a a girl. Boys being loved more than the girl.
Boys getting their foods first and then girls eating after - like WTF and i had to live by this.
These are the things that cause trauma, lack of confidence, self worth, causes you to people please, LOOSE yourself on a whole different level.
For me i walked the path until i came into my awakening that this isn't so. Who said this was normal, it was right or even ok?
I say this to you and from my own experience, live your life the way you want to. Don't loose who you are because it's how it's "apparently" always been done unless you wanna spend years reprogramming yourself, finding yourself and then healing the damage you have done to those around you especially if you have children!
This is your life, let go of the past and shine being authentically you.
