When I became active within the MIB community I didn't realise what a difference networking can make to your business.  For the past few months that I have been active within the MIB community, I have been able to get to know such lovely people and see how their businesses have evolved. MIB feels like such a caring community. Some of the people in the community have clearly made such beautiful friendships. 

I will share with you now, what a difference it has made for me personally:

• I am more confident both in person, when attending virtual events and when running my business generally
• The belief I have in myself has increased
• I don't feel as isolated as I used to - working from home can feel really lonely 
• I have learnt so much both due to the free events Leona has kindly run and the fantastic training materials in MIB Success Hub
• I have been able to encourage others and lift them up
• I have been able to support other businesses with their visibility which is so important to me 
• I have felt supported by other MIB members
• I have been able to attend a wonderful child-friendly MIB networking event in the Blackburn area and meet some amazing people
• I have connected with some wonderful people thanks to the networking opportunities in MIB Success Hub as well as the free Coffee and Chat sessions that the MIB team kindly run 
• I have made sales to MIB members
• I have supported other MIB members
• I have made new friends, which is actually more important to me than anything
• I have never been so ready to continue working on trying to grow my business to where I want it to be 
• I have had virtual company when doing my work because of MIB Success Hub co-working sessions 
• I have laughed/smiled so much, mainly because of Leona's lovely personality.  That woman can make me laugh in a good way.  It is lovely when the founder of a business is so relatable. 

If you are not already in MIB Success Hub, then I would recommend joining.   If you are not already active within the MIB community then I would recommend being more active and consistently so.  #membersmonday is a wonderful opportunity to post with a view to making new connections/friendships.  Collaborations can be so powerful. #tipstuesday is an opportunity to support other MIB members by sharing some of the things you have learnt during your business journey.

Thank you MIB for making such a difference to my life.  Being active within MIB has been one of the best changes I have made in my life for 2024. 

Thank you to every MIB member who has reached out friendship wise or supported me in some way.  It means the world to me. I am very heart led in business.
