3 ways breathwork releases blocked imbalanced energies

 
These are some of the benefits I've noticed that really impacted my healing journey.
 
Reduced my stress levels: real deep breathing and use of different techniques really helped to awaken my body. This became a part of my self care and over time i watched a reduction in my stress levels, which allowed me to live from a place of feeling more calm and at peace.
 
I found my body: it got me out of living in my overactive mind and back into living and feeling my body. Breathwork increases oxygen flow to the brain (that we have grown to have lack of). It really improves our mental clarity, brain fog and our focus.
 
I felt less suppressed, emotional: i found it helped me to release those emotional blockages causing my body to be more calm and relaxed in order to heal. I had to learn to focus on the breath and becoming more present in the moment.
 
This is why i am so thankful i was drawn to this, and now certified as a breathwork teacher i use this inside of SHE Awakening® Healing.
