I've seen a few posts on my newsfeed lately for whitening treatments and it always makes me cringe.
My teeth literally used to be so sensitive from using every single whitening toothpaste out there and I was too scared to go near an actual whitening treatment at the dentists. My teeth hurt just thinking about it.
