Money stress is a thing. Yes it is a real thing what we call suffer with but often bury our heads in the sand! 

Even if you are financially responsible, an unexpected expense or event could be all it takes to send you into financial duress, especially if you’re not prepared to cope with it.

Money stress can feel like a solitary experience and takes a toll on your mental health.
