Mindfulness became the piece I was searching for. The turning point arrived, when I confronted the uncomfortable aspects of my healing journey.
Choosing my battles became a decision. Facing discomfort head-on, and establishing boundaries reshaped my path; it was uncomfortable. Despite this, I leaned into that discomfort, turning it into a catalyst for change.
Mindfulness isn't about a quick fix; it's a daily commitment. Each day involves peeling off layers, confronting challenges, and facing uncomfortable truths. It's not an easy journey, and I won't paint it that way. Yet, every discomfort, is a step toward a more resilient me.
