In my last blog, I shared how I got to a stage in my life where I felt very overwhelmed and burnt out.  I couldn't see how things could get better, I was really sad all the time and I felt that I was not doing any of the things I needed to very well.

i could have continued like that, I could still feel like that and, I'm not going to lie, some days I do feel like that.  But I wanted to take back control so I decided to see what would work for me.

I had had some great business coaching before, but I'd never really seen how that could apply to me.  One of the tools my business coach had used had been the "Pratical Magic Coaching Deck" designed by Kate Taylor.  I used the cards for journalling and I really resonated with Kate and her work so I thought I would look into it a bit more and, the more that I did, the more I thought, coaching can work on a personal level too.

So, what can coaching do for you?  Well what it can't do is do the work if you don't want to.  If you aren't prepared to work on yourself, then coaching isn't for you (or isn't for you, yet...). What it does do though, is give your unconscious self the opportunity to get to work on what it is you need.  A skilled coach will facilitate you to really look inside yourself to see why you feel what you feel, and if you really want to continue along that road.  If you don't, your unconscious mind will take over and you will start seeing solutions or new possibilities; the sky really is your limit.

So, I'll ask you again, what can coaching do for you?  And I'll give you the answer, whatever you need it to!
