The best outcomes always have a solid foundation. If the foundation is weak, expect the rest of the journey to give you the same outcome due to the lack of effort put in at the beginning.

Keep it simple, no more than 3 focus ideas and work on being consistent at that for the week. This is how you can get to your next level self and i know you are capable of doing this, now is the time to show yourself you are capable too.
