From May 11–15, 2026, a group of women will gather in the heart of Cléguérec, France. A tranquil corner of the world wrapped in forest, stillness, and endless possibility. For five days, we’ll step away from the noise and into a space designed for soul-level healing, nervous system restoration, and deep, sacred remembering.
This retreat isn’t about productivity.

Each day at FLOURISH is carefully curated with the intention to soften your body, open your heart, and recalibrate your energy. Through guided embodiment practices, Zumba movement, Reiki-infused healing sessions, journaling, intuitive workshops, nourishing plant-based meals, and powerful mind and body work. You’ll begin to remember the woman who has always lived beneath the stress and survival.
You’ll come home to her.
You’ll meet women who will witness you without judgment and walk beside you in transformation. You’ll reconnect with your truth, your breath, your joy. And maybe, for the first time in years… you’ll laugh without guilt, cry without shame, and rest without having to earn it.
