About 3 years ago I found myself in a place I had never been before.
My worklife felt like it was out of my control, I had no energy to work in my NWM business and I had no resilience at home, so if my children decided to change plans at the last minute (which, of course, they did all the time), I felt like I just couldn't cope with it and would get completely emotional. I spent a lot of time feeling lost and upset.
In that moment, did I ask for help?
Absolutely not!
And why not? Because these were my problems, I had brought them on myself and I couldn't expect other people to pull me out of that hole.
Does any of that ring true to you?
If it does, please know that you are not alone.
If it does, what can you do?
Well again, in the moment, you might not be able to make good decisions (or indeed any decisions) so whatever you can do, that is what you need. If you are only able to keep functioning by continuing to take one second of your day at a time, then for your own sake, that is what you can do.
If, however, you are at the stage where you can't be in that position any more and you want to change, then I (or someone like me) can help you see the wood from the trees.
Working through my own stresses and burnout have given me the freedom to come back to myself again. I want that for you and I want you to know that it can be done because I have done it.
I am here when you are ready.
