Holistic therapies has always been something close to my heart. I'm not academically clever always labelled as just a sports therapist but I can't just believe that's all I am anymore I do alot of therapies that help people with pain now not just massage. Having Liquid Lipo Ltd treatments to add on to my list of therapies now but its also helped educate me so much more especially on the body and how it works. It's made me understand my own body , which has then helped me when clients come in with similar issues. It's been so rewarding when clients have messaged to tell me they have alot more confidence whether its skin tightening on their face and body after being denied surgery, lipedema which is harder to remove than just fat/cellulite, woman who are struggling with weight due to Menopause and or polycystic ovaries. I really enjoy doing liquid lipo and helping people another way 💜 Kiki Medelian is fantastic and passionate about all products made to help people and it really has 🥰

This is my 7 day challenge today

I am a Muay thai enthusiast which is a martial art which is punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Its been the hobbie that had took over my life an been apart of my life for around 18 years now. It practically saved me from a dark path and gave me a new way of life.

Iv lived and trained in Thailand a few times the longest stay was 9 months. I lived at a fight camp where I lived and breathed muay thai. All I did was train, eat, sleep and of course seeing the country. My first fight in Thailand was on tele on the same line up as some of the best female fighters in the world.

I competed against world champions and got to No 2 in the UK in the Muay Thai rankings.

I got to fight in the UK, Thailand, Canada and Italy. Ans fought ladies from the UK, Scotland, Swedish x2, Americans x3, Canada.

Now im retired I teach it mainly kids 121s and I help out with the kids classes. I do also kids adults too. It's great watching people come in from knowing not how to do techniques to it becoming second nature and hearing that their confidence has increased
