The main reason that I created my business The Feminine Energy Guide ™️ was because I was constantly in my masculine energy. I was always on the go and in DOING mode.

I would never allow myself to just stop and relax, I always felt like I had to be doing something and in control of everything. And the word surrender(which I now have tattooed on my wrist) just meant weakness to me.

I knew things needed to change. My anxiety was through the roof and I was constantly burning out. I was self medicating with drink and drugs to try and calm my mind, which just made things worse, I was a proper mess.

So I started looking into ways that helped me understand myself, my body, my mind and on a spiritual level too (I fucking LOVE the woo) and to introduce things into my life that allowed me to find balance.

To find comfort and be kinder to myself and to slow the fuck down occasionally to catch my breath and be present in the amazingness of what was actually happening. Instead of pushing through and moving so fast everything felt like a blur.
 
But masculine energy is equally as important, especially in our business.

The masculine energy represents the foundations, the strategy, the structure and the GETTING SHIT DONE, so we neeeeeeeed to have that part of us accessible, but not to the point where we burn out because we’re constantly pushing ourselves.

The masculine provides the grounded stability and safety, in which we can then allow the feminine energy to feel safe to create and flow. 

Our feminine energy is that deep inner knowing we feel when we silence the noise of the world around us. When we allow ourselves to FEEEEEEL into what feels right, to stop overthinking everything and start to trust the niggles and the signs that are guiding us towards our true destinations in life.

It’s our natural internal compass. It is our most beautiful gift and if we can just surrender needing to be in control and allow ourselves to tap into the pull and be guided by what we KNOW deep inside, truely magical things start to happen.

Feminine energy is also strong, she’s not passive, but assertive in a gentle (don’t fuck with me) type of way.

Everyone has their own version, but for me it’s a feeling. A feeling of just being, not forcing, feeling safe, feeling creative and excited by life. And feeling so full of love and abundance I want to share it with everyone, but not in a pee glitter way 💖🤩💦✨in a sisterhood and empowerment way. Like we are all connected.

Start listening to your gut when you are making decisions in your business, because deep down you KNOW you have all the answers. That initial feeling you get is normally never wrong is it? We just need to NOTICE it and believe it!

When you’ve always worked for someone else, especially if its a big corporation, and you have what people see as a “Good Job” it can be a fucking nightmare telling them you’re gonna start your own business.

People proper QUOFFED at me when I worked in the bank and told them I was leaving to become a Reiki practioner and yoga teacher🤪They were like “REALLY!! REKKI and yoga”

They didn’t even know what Reiki was and just smirked and literally laughed in my face 🤦🏼‍♀️

But I had this feeling.

One that I couldn’t ignore.

Like a deep inner knowing, a burning flame of desire in my belly that wouldn’t stop whispering to me 🔥

It was my calling.

Sounds cheesy, but I’m so fucking glad I listened to it!

And what got me through was remembering and focusing on how much Reiki and yoga had helped to start my own healing journey. How they had helped me be more present for not just myself but for my kids.

I wanted to help people to feel how I felt. To help them escape from reality for even a small amount of time, to help them release and let go in a safe space. To help them feel like they could breathe again.

THIS WAS MY REASON. And it helped me push through the “I’m gonna shit myself” feeling again and again when I was starting my business.

And this is what I help my clients do inside of the Spiritual Business Academy, to get clear on their reason, their vision and their goals while working alongside other ambitious empowering women on the same journey. It doesn’t matter where you are in your business, things will always re-visit you at a different level!

I thought I’d dealt with boundaries a LONNNG time ago, but it re-visited me last week with ****in bells on and rubbed its stinky ass on my face 🔔 😫!!!

In not one (cos the universe didn’t think that one was gonna be a big enough lesson apparently) but TWO completely different scenarios that I never****ingever would have imagined possible 😞😞

I was triggered to SHIT!! 💥 😖 💩

People think that when you get to a certain level or time in your business that everything is peachy 🍑 but the truth is, that you will always, and I repeat A.L.W.A.Y.S have **** to deal with in your business. And sometimes its the same lesson again just with you at a different level.

One of the best sayings I’ve ever heard is “New Level, New Devil 😈” Cos it’s ****in SOOOOOOOO TRUE!!

And last week was a big fat hairy pair of testicles sized reminder that we 💯 million trillion percent NEEEEED self-awareness and coping skills/ tools to move ourselves safely and kindly through each level of **** as it bobs up to the surface 💩

Or we run the risk of feeling like everyone and everything is against us, business is just too ****in hard so why bother, lets neck a bottle of wine 🍷 and scroll the local job sites and just get a ****ing normal job again! Fuck this ****!

I know this!! Cos I experience **** showing itself to me all the time, but this is EXACTLY why self-awareness and coping skills are a MAHOOOSIVE part of what I will be teaching inside of my Spiritual Business Academy⭐️

Because being a spiritual teacher means dealing with your own **** first, so that you can have strong boundaries that serve you and your clients better, so you can help more people help more people. By walking your talk.
