I understand the feeling. Your business is your baby. Some of you may even be thinking, “My business is what I do to get away from the wife or husband, or kids, or the aging parent who has more dementia than you care to admit.”

Most of you got into business for yourself because

You have spent years building this thing. You are emotionally tied to your business in so many ways. If you want to sell your business, someone else needs to buy it. You must understand the mindset of the buyer. What does the buyer need when you sell it to them
