If you're truly tired of feeling stuck, YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN CHANGE IT!

We’ve all heard the saying, “Start your day on the right foot.” But have you ever considered how much power there is in your first few moments after waking up? I never get out of bed without visualizing and thinking of 5 things I am grateful for. The truth is, how you start your day can set the tone for everything that follows. That’s why I encourage you to make it a practice to visualize and express gratitude for five things before you even get out of bed. When you do this, you’re not only giving your mind and spirit a boost but also creating a foundation for success throughout the day.

Visualizing and being grateful before you rise might sound simple, but it’s transformative. Visualization helps you align your mind with your desires and goals. When you take a moment to reflect on things you're thankful for, you shift your focus from what might be going wrong to what’s going right. This simple act can change your entire outlook on life, especially when you approach it with intention.

As I share in my book The 30-Day Self-Perception Makeover, practicing gratitude and visualization can elevate your self-perception and reinforce your belief that you are capable of achieving great things. It’s not just about thinking about what you’re grateful for, it’s about actively creating a mental space that invites positivity, success, and happiness into your life. If you know you know about the Go To Vision.

Five Things to Visualize and Be Grateful For

Before you get out of bed, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Think about five things that you are grateful for in that moment. They can be as simple as having a warm bed to wake up in or as big as a career opportunity you’re working towards. The key is to feel that sense of gratitude deeply, allowing your mind to focus on the abundance around you.

Here are some examples of what you might visualize:

  1. Health and Vitality – Think about how amazing it feels to wake up and have the energy to take on the day. Be grateful for your body and the ability to experience life fully.

  2. Relationships – Visualize the people you love and who love you. Whether it's your family, friends, or colleagues, remembering that you are surrounded by support can give you an immense sense of joy and belonging.

  3. Your Home – The comfort and security of your living space is something we often take for granted. Reflect on the shelter that provides you peace and rest.

  4. Opportunities for Growth – Whether you have big goals or small ambitions, take a moment to think about the opportunities that are in front of you. Visualize achieving them and feel the excitement.

  5. Your Inner Strength – Recognize your resilience. Think about how far you’ve come, the obstacles you've overcome, and the strength you have within you to face any challenges today.

Write it down!  Using different parts of your brain increases the success in rewiring your subconscious mind.  Once you've visualized these five things and felt gratitude in your heart, the next step is to write them down. Grab a notebook or journal, and jot down these five things. Writing helps reinforce the positivity and sets a tangible record for you to refer back to whenever you need a reminder of what’s good in your life.

This is where the magic happens. By putting pen to paper, you make the gratitude practice real. You solidify your intentions and bring your vision to life. And each time you look back at your journal, you'll be reminded of the "greatfulls" in your life.

The Go-To Vision for the Day

As I mention in The 30-Day Self-Perception Makeover, these five things can serve as your "go-to vision" throughout the day. When you face challenges or feel overwhelmed, simply return to that moment of gratitude. Let those five things remind you of the good that’s already in your life and fuel your confidence to tackle whatever comes next. Practicing this will bring huge successes because when you're in a funk, the last thing on your mind is positivity.  You must have a practice Go To Vision.

Starting your day with gratitude and visualization is more than just a practice, it’s a mindset that can change your entire approach to life. By visualizing and being thankful for five things before you get out of bed, you’re not only setting a positive tone for your day, but you’re also reinforcing your belief in the abundance and opportunities around you. So, tomorrow morning, try this simple yet powerful habit. Visualize, be grateful, and write it down. Let it be your go-to vision for the day. You’ll be amazed at how it transforms your mindset and your life.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
