Review of doTERRA Essential Oils

I recently had the opportunity to try a selection of doTERRA essential oils, generously sent to me by Nicky Kay. My experience with these oils has been nothing short of delightful, and I'd like to share my thoughts on three specific oils: Peppermint, Lemon, and Lavender.

Peppermint Oil in Hot Chocolate

I added a few drops of doTERRA Peppermint oil to my hot chocolate, and it transformed a simple drink into a luxurious treat. The peppermint flavor was refreshing and invigorating, adding a cool, minty edge that perfectly complemented the rich, creamy cocoa. Lastly, I used doTERRA Lavender oil on my pulse points. I applied it to my wrists and temples before bed, and the soothing, floral aroma helped me unwind and relax. The scent was calming but not overwhelming, creating a peaceful atmosphere conducive to restful sleep. I noticed a significant improvement in my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep, and I now include this as part of my nightly routine.
