What to do when you lose yourself…

Lost your sparkle, your passion and a piece of yourself? I see you and can show you how to shine again!

I was where you were. LOST. Didn’t have a clue what to do, which way to turn or what I even wanted. I’d lost all passion and direction and, to be totally honest, I felt I didn’t want to be here any more.

My 25 year relationship had ended, I had nowhere to live (my ex wouldn’t move out the family home), my business had diminished due to being bed bound for months and I felt hopeless.

Now you might totally resonate with what I am saying or you may have your own experience that his brought you to your knees but I have good news!

Firstly, you’re not alone, secondly there’s a way back up to not only survive – BUT THRIVE!

See this as your sign that things are on the UP for you!

It’s a journey, it doesn’t happen overnight but it doesn’t have to take years or decades to be the women you are dying inside to be!

You know, that woman who used to have fire and passion before she had a family, before she got burnt out, before she put everyone first and lost herself and before her heart and soul was broken!
