#selfcareisnotselfish So proud to be blessed with the work that I do. First La Cerrada / Closing the Bones Ceremony for a while & my client was so happy. For someone who struggles to trust anybody, after 10mins being held by my sacred shawls, she trusted me completely & fully surrendered into the relaxation of the ceremony. I am so proud of her.

The most moving part of the whole ceremony was when my African friend allowed me to massage her hands & she eluded that this act alone was bridge building between our two cultures, our two races. I only saw it as two women coming together to help facilitate #healing but to her, it was so much more.

I have found work I love & am so grateful to have had these skills bestowed onto me 🥹🙏🏼🌸🙏🏿

Today was going to be a long walk but sadly due to having no time last week with one or other of the children being off, today is catch up time at home, writing my next blogs & the BIG GOAL for today is...

We need repair work done on the garage but it is chockablock full with stuff currently, left over from our attic work last year!

Eeeeek, but it's all good. We're shifting the old to make space for the new.
