I'm a single mama to a tornado toddler and guardian to my teen sister.
Self love is literally at the heart of everything I do, both in my personal life and business.
After going through my own struggles with mental health, I decided I wanted to give back and support others and I'm now a Holistic Therapist, specialising in Rose Reiki and mindset transformation.
I love being outdoors whether it be running or walking and that's where you will usually find me.
Oh and also on my yoga mat as I am now training to be yoga instructor!!
